A graduate from University of Central Florida with a BS in Health Care administration in 1992.  Kendra received her real estate license in 3/2015 and went on to get her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) along with ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), Short sale certified, and Certified Negotiations Specialist.

Her first year in real estate she closed 2mil in just 9 months and years 2017-present she has been in top 500 in Orlando among nearly 20k Realtors®
